Bristol Suisse Industry Leaders Fund is one of the flagship structured products offered privately to sophisticated and professional investors.

The fund objective is to provide cumulative higher return over the investment time period by taking significant positions in companies considered to be leaders in their respective industries.The fund targets a gross annual return of 20% and a hurdle rate of 16%.

Key Features:

• The fund invests in local and global equities,fixed income and to some extent forex

• The fund also takes positions in companies that are leaders in their business both locally and globally  and hence there will be a portion of the portfolio invested in offshore companies (mainly US and UK).

• The fund shall also invest in fixed income securities mainly sovereign bonds within East Africa and Globally

• The fund will be offered in Limited Liability Partnership structure

• The fund shall distribute accumulated income to the Partners at the end of Investment period usually one year

• The fund charges includes an initial fees of 2.2%,annual management fees of 2.5% and a performance fees subject to a hurdle rate of 16%.
